Invest in your health, by establishing a regular exercise program to improve physical fitness, and reduce pain

Prior to training, individuals will undergo a comprehensive assessment by physiotherapist, including flexibility, muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance and body composition composition, in order to develop personalized exercise, fitness and rehabilitation plans.

Utilize professional instruments measure maximum muscle strength (Isometric Maximum Strength), exercise heart rate, and balance, which helps evaluate exercise performance and training progress

Members will be arranged to attend "Basic course of exercise equipment use" to learn the correct and effective use of equipment.

During exercise sessions, on-duty fitness coaches will assist and instruct members in the proper use various fitness equipment.

The Centre accepts payment in cash, checks (payable to "Tung Wah Group of Hospitals"), VISA, MasterCard.
Elderly members are welcome to use Health Care Vouchers.
