Fitness Program

  • Invest in your health, by establishing a regular exercise program to improve physical fitness, and reduce pain

  • Prior to training, individuals will undergo a comprehensive assessment by physiotherapist, including flexibility, muscle strength, muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary endurance and body composition composition, in order to develop personalized exercise, fitness and rehabilitation plans.

  • Utilize professional instruments measure maximum muscle strength (Isometric Maximum Strength), exercise heart rate, and balance, which helps evaluate exercise performance and training progress

  • Members will be arranged to attend "Basic course of exercise equipment use" to learn the correct and effective use of equipment.

  • During exercise sessions, on-duty fitness coaches will assist and instruct members in the proper use various fitness equipment.

  • The Centre accepts payment in cash, checks (payable to "Tung Wah Group of Hospitals"), VISA, MasterCard.
    Elderly members are welcome to use Health Care Vouchers.
