Introduction
The average life expectancy of Hong Kong people has reached over 80 years, ranking among the top in the world. Alone with this, diseases related to aging and physical degeneration; such as stroke, cardiovascular diseases, and joint degeneration, are becoming increasingly common. According to the research by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), many health problems related to degeneration are closely associated with sedentary lifestyle and lack of exercise.
